Call centers not in the US, difficult to have a conversation about the issues with their mail center misplacing paperwork and delaying bills. Cannot be transferred to the adjuster, was told to speak to the operator, which is automated and will not give you a live person. Unable to use the directory to be routed to the adjuster, as no spelling of the name printed on the paperwork is accurate to obtain that information.
