I've been going to this location for around five years now. It's always been easy to schedule an appointment, everyone is respectful and professional, and billing is always explained beforehand. On top of that, the location is easy to reach via public transit.

Receptionists are always rude and unhelpful when you call. I have had almost every single appointment I've made there rescheduled, sometimes months in advance and sometimes hours. I have also never had an appointment start on time, even when I am the first patient for the day. I have never seen the same hygienist or dentist on any subsequent visit over the last 18 months, and while the hygienists are perfectly polite, the dentist spend about 2 minutes with you, never really say anything directly to you, and aren't very friendly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I got an infection from a procedure, which occasionally does happen. However it was their response, or lack there of, that pissed me off. I started to notice the infection the following day so I called the office. It was past office hours so I used their emergency hotline. The operator was never able to get a hold of the on-call dentist at all and it took 8 hours for them to have another dentist call me. However, this dentist didn't even stay on the phone call long enough to answer all of my questions, she hung up mid-question from me!

Why have a on-call dentist if your not going to have them actually be available!

Like many others reviewing this business I found them to be very unpleasant on the billing end. I was given the impression from their billing office that they were working with my insurance on getting a crown covered. A few weeks later, I received a letter saying in all caps that their attorney would be contacted if I did not pay my bill in 10 days. The kicker is that I first went in to just get a partial that had fallen off put back on but they talked me into a full new crown which required an extra appointment for revision since it didn't fit right. I would not recommend this business to anyone I know.

I do not recommend them at all. I needed a check up and I made myself very clear that all I wanted was a check up. Before my check up started they took an X-Ray of my mouth, they never informed that my insurance would not cover to X-Ray and I had to pay off my pocket. The dentist did not even touch my mouth and said that I had to come back another day or go visit another clinic. To summarize what happened, my insurance was charged for the check up and they charged me $300 for the X-Ray that nobody have ever seeing.
