My first time here, I went to a writer's talk, not knowing the writer, just the topic. It was excellent, hugely informative!
Bought the book, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Will return again.

Don't buy a textbook here. You'll never be able to sell it back--this place is a scam. All the clerks are incompetent. If this place wants to compete with larger book retailers, then at the very least they should employ a decent staff that can provide some level of customer service. Buy your books on Amazon, or through a peer-to-peer selling site, like postmybook(dot)com

store clerk lied about the pricing of a book then told me he couldn't find the value of the book in the database. The clerk also told me that the uwm bookstore would not accept it, so I took it to uwm and sold it for $30 MORE than the first offer he gave. The clerk name is seth so be aware of this guy if you ever decide to go.
