Came in here a couple times since starting work across the street. They're kinda slow at making the food, but I always say I rather wait a couple minutes extra and it be hot food than food that's been sitting.

This is the 2nd time I go this Dunkin donuts and there never is donuts!! What's a Dunkin' Donuts without donuts?! I hate this place. -.-

Never come here for bagels. I realize they are a donut shop but they try to advertise as meeting all breakfast needs. I came here for a dozen bagels for work. They only had four types. When I asked to buy two cream cheeses, the first person said they didn't have the tub but that they would have to give me a bunch of small ones. I said that was fine as long as I got enough for twelve bagels. The second person helping me did give me one tub and then only three small, individual sizes. Not the same as an extra tub. The service was also very slow. If you want a good variety of bagels, cream cheese and efficient service, it is worth the extra couple minute drive to Einstein Bagels. Or save money and go across the street to Pick N' Save.

I go to this location fairly often and am usually very satisfied with my order and service. I'm not usually the person to write a review but I was very disappointed today. I went through the drive through like I always do but the employee did not read my order back like they always do. I pulled around and paid. She gave me my coffee, my cup was all sticky and there was hardly any ice in it. Then she asked if I wanted a receipt I said no I want my croissant I ordered. She checked the receipt and said I don't have that. Well yes because you did't read my order back like your suppose to. When I finally got my croissant it was almost burnt. Wasn't a very good way to start my day.
