Went to meet friends for dinner at the Chancery in Tosa only to find it closed. My fault. Del Monte next door was good but REALLY expensive. Good food but no worries. It's closing in early April 2017.

Nice location within walking distance. The bar is beautifully handcrafted with a quiet atmosphere. Price range is between $6-12.

Very good experience overall. The Chancery menu is available. And its a nice place to have a beer
