I don't come here often. It's like any Bar Louie, but the matiance of dining tables is the biggest thing I can complain about. Always sticky, even after they are wiped down.

My fiancé and I stopped in for dinner last night before going to a show down the street. We ordered a couple of different half off appetizers and delicious discounted drinks. We received our food quickly and left with enough time to get to the theatre.

Great service! They let us sit outside with our dog and even brought him his own bowl of water! The voodoo chicken is superb. I'll definitely go back for more!

Best part was service. Waitress was nice and attentive but the conditions were not great. Table in bar was extremely wobbly. Worst part was when we sat down we noticed the table was sticky. Not a big deal to us, we just asked if it could be wiped down real quick but unfortunately the wipe down didn't help at all. I checked another table, also pretty sticky. Once we got our food( we both ordered medrare burgers) both burgers had no pink at all. Still had good flavor but always frustrating to be asked how you want meat cooked and have that request ignored. Not a great experience for the price and atmosphere you'd expect, would consider returning if I heard it improved.

To be brief, for a business who seemingly focuses on customer’s service, members of the Water Street Bar Louie team were boorish and disrespectful. I dined at your establishment on the evening of 8/23/2017. This was my first time visiting your business (Water street location), and I am convinced that it will be my last.
A previous trip to Bar Louie (Bayshore) granted me half off appetizers upon completion of a rather lengthy survey. Upon checkout (Water street location) I attempted to take advantage of the deal. My order consisted of 2 Martinis, 4 domestic beers, a pizza and 1 appetizer. After a brief exchange with the bartender he assured that he would honor the half off appetizers. The bartender returned and stated “The manager says we no longer accept that offer,” at which time I asked to speak with the manager. The bartender returned with the manager (Tony), whom immediately approached me with disrespect. After a brief attempt to explain why he no longer accepted the offer, Tony offered an ultimatum. He stated, “You can pay the bill or I’ll call the police.” I had an open tab and every intention of paying my bill. I am displeased with the way the situation was handled, and ultimately I feel disrespected. Being the manager of a business as beloved as Bar Louie I would expect his customer service skills to be more apparent and polished. The fact that the offer was not granted is not what bothers me, it is the way I was treated when I tried to clarify why it was not. I exchanged laughs and conversation with bartenders and other customers. However, I am a customer whose night was ruined by how I was treated by a member of your staff.
