Being from MN, this place was a great experience for me! The atmosphere is one of a kind, the food was good (of course the flavor was different to me being from the north), and the price was great for REAL food. I will bring the rest of the family there when we visit this winter.

the service was really good. I was treated well. The brisket was really dry, so dry it was hard to swallow. The sausage tasted unusual. The worst part was the price. $20 dollars for a little over a pound of meat that i didn't eat in the end. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had a great experience. Brisket was smoked perfect, i got a tray of a little bit of everything just to taste. Entrance is on the side of the building, I walked in the exit. Pay by the pound of food on your tray. It is a little pricey, but I expect that being in Midland.

Every time I go to Texas I go for the barbeque. I had a brisket and smoked sausage. I really like the taste of the sausage it was Smoke just right.
The brisket had a great taste on the outer edge of it period it was tender there and smoked and seasoned perfect.
Away from the edge that meat got tough and dry. the thick strands of meat reminded me of a chuck roast.
To the barbecue sauce. I tried the regular. I thought the sauce was good..
I can't rate this place in the top group out of all the places I've tried to cross Texas because of the toughness and dryness of the brisket. But it is still worth an honorable mention
