Pharmacy has poor customer service. Always behind on filling medications, patient care is poor, and expensive compared to other pharmacies.

Great store staff is awesome, my doctors calls my meds in and there ready as soon as I walk in. They know their customers by name and always are so friendly. Cute little gift store and dinner to . Love this store.

They are usually much faster than the big box pharmacies. They are also more flexible in how they resolve problems. They are not cheerful as a general rule but are helpful. I use both locations and recommend them both.

Seem to have trouble communicating with doctors. Took 24 hours to fill prescription called in directly from doctor. Got a hold of the doctor myself with one phone call and had them call pharmacy because the pharmacy stated they had been calling all day. Today I took another prescription in handed directly to staff and was told it would be a few hours until it would be ready. The staff behind the counter seem to be talking light heartedly and having a great time. I'm sure it's a great place to work. Just not getting work done.

Super rude and judgemental "pharmacy techs". Used to be a great place with excellent customer service. I rather put up with the big box pharmacies than deal with these rude judgemental glorified cashiers.
