They are bad about calling u about ur blood work xrays and take forever to get refills the one in oddessa was the worst had to look for another Dr that's my Heath they messing with

The wait time and office staff were fine during pregnancy but once I went into the hospital I never once saw my OBGYN - Dr. Scott Julian - just a resident who would walk in, ask if I was feeling okay and walk out - never once checked me. I understand my OB might have been out of town or busy but wow - no care at all in the hospital. After I got home I called the office to set up my 6 week appointment and since I had an appointment for the next day (baby came early) I asked if I should keep it and set up my 6 week or if I only needed to be seen 6 weeks after. The guy's response was, 'well, you can do what you like'. I asked if it was normal to be seen immediately after or just for the 6 week and he let me know that it really was entirely up to me. Great. Thanks. Now I am dealing with the fact that they never put in the claim to my insurance (2 months ago) which is effecting my PPO deductible and how much I owe the hospital. Tried to get a breast pump through insurance before the baby was born (following all instructions and making sure everyone had what they needed) and they have yet to sign the paper and fax it back to insurance. All they have to do is sign and fax it back so it can clear. So yeah, 3 weeks in of a newborn and no breast pump, no care in the hospital, and no aftercare, and seriously messed up billing. It's too bad because the wait time really was short and I did like the staff personally. It's just run badly and not worth it when the baby is actually born.

I loved the staff. Felt comfortable with the nurses and the doctors. Professional setting. Ladies at the front desk are great too!

I love my doctor. He is awesome. The only problem I have is getting in to see him. That can be a problem. Hoping they can fix this soon.
