Dr Truman Sears is an excellent dentist who does good work and actually cares about the patient. However....... the lady at the front office who handles billing has completely turned my wife and myself away from his practice. She can not bill properly, she overcharges and then expects us to pay when the insurance has already paid out. We're switching dentists, not because of Dr Sears, but because of billing.

I could not have been more pleased with the level of service. Everyone in the office is professional and polite. The procedures and the billing were explained in detail. Dr. Brad actually responded to my telephone inquiry himself! I highly recommend this office.
