Desde hace años nuestra familia es cliente de Las Palmas Travel y siempre hemos recibido un trato amable. Hemos usado sus servicios para el envió de paquetería, para la renovación de pasaportes, para la reservación y compra de pasajes a distintos destinos y el más reciente fue para que nos ayudaran en la solicitud de la ciudadanía. En todos los casos al buen trato en Las Palmas unen agilidad en los trámites, claridad en la información que te brindan, conocimiento del asunto que tratan, en una palabra: profesionalismo…y sin perder la sonrisa. ¡Felicidades!, y que se mantengan así.

We had a horrible experience with the Las Palmas Travel Inc. They never informed us or provided any written documentation regarding their policy on refunds, we came to find out my family would be charged $150 per person, we are a family of 5, when we ask to change our departure date by 2 weeks. After looking further into the matter we found out that in order for them to legally charge us a penalty their refund policy should have been provided to us in writing and us acknowledging the terms by signing a contract. As I stated before their refund policy had never been explained to us nor was a contract ever signed! The owner of the travel agency, Rosabel Garrido admitted that her agent should have provided the contract documentation and that we were within our rights to demand a refund; however, she constantly went around in circles changing her story why she could not provide us a change to our travel dates without charging a penalty even though the error was on their part. They are deceptive and we will never do business with them or recommend anyone. I have already filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services depending on whether I get my money refunded I will then look at taking them to small claims court to get back our deposit.

Muy contento con esta agencia por la profesionalidad de sus empleadas además de ser muy atentas y agradables. Me fui muy contento por la oferta de vuelo y hoteles a la costa del sol en España.
