There are better cruise travel agencies out there. They get quite snippy on the phone when I requested a date change/quote. She told me they were "busy". and told me I would get it by the end of day the via email - never received it. I then decided to cancel my 2018 booking with them and again, after being told it would be done by the end of the day - it wasn't. I had to send 6 emails and make TWO phone calls to inquire when my booking would be cancelled. I wouldn't suggest you use them and as you can see by doing an online search of their company - there really isn't anything about them. Stay away - there are other TAs who will jump through hoops for your $. HIM isn't one of them. I actually referred two people to them but after this horrible experience with them - I referred a competent agency.
