Worst company ever. I booked a tour including one hotel overnight and breakfast and they did not reserve it. After hours waiting they booked other hotel without breakfast (even i paid for). When we came back i was trying to call the manager to complain but he does not replies my phone calls.

Worst tour in Miami, prices aren't really half price and with the terrible service and horrible tours they can't give it away.

Schrecklichster Service der mir je begegnet ist.
1. Tour zu den Everglades war die reinste Abzocke. Alter Bus. Desinteressierter Fahrer. Keine Struktur.
2. Tour zu den Key West.
Am vereinbarten Abholpunkt kam kein Bus, obwohl ich 15 min eher dort war und mindestens 40 minuten wartete.
Nach Rückfrage im Hauptbüro hieß es, dass der Bus da gewesen wäre und ich nicht am Treffpunkt gewesen wäre.
Eine Geldrückerstattung sei daher nicht möglich.
