I stayed here this week because of the storm and I couldn't return home. They were so unapologetic, Sebastian the property/general manger had no time for me. Would not return my phone calls, request. They were so "as a matter of fact"about everything. I wouldn't stay and pay to be here even if it was with someone else's money. They have all these fees for stuff but don't have the basics for a hotel. My first night I had to ask for towels. This should never happen.

This was the BEST experience I had in a long time. The WHOLE staff was polite, and accomadated my every need. Starting with Valet. Front desk agents that checked me in were welcoming. Rene exceeded my expectations and the whole staff empathized and understood I was involuntarily displaced due to the disaster of Hurricane Irma. The housekeeping was friendly and security team made me feel safe and right at home. GREAT STAFF!! VERY CLEAN!!

The staff is so offensively impolite, ill-mannered, discourteous, tactless, undiplomatic, uncomplimentary, no communication skills, etc.. The rooms are filthy, the bathroom is unutterable. For $400 it is not worth it! I hope this place gets shut down immediately. I will not stop until it is. I wish I could upload my video of this horrendous, disgusting, distasteful, nauseating, unsavory place they call a resort. This is nothing of resort material. Just a word of advise, if your going to charge $85 for some dollar tree towels make sure they're at least terry cloth. My walmart towel was so much better, than those paper cut towels. Ultimately this place is a joke, they don't deserve not even a half a star, but I have to give it a star so it will let me post this truthful comment. All thumbs down.

Well, im still here at this hotel. Let's start by what I liked about this hotel. I love the view, I love the easy access to the pool and beach. It has a bunch of stores in the lower level that can help you get what you need, and won't have to go far. Now for what I didn't like. Our room has a A.C. leak, my son slipped on it because We didn't know the floor was going to be Wet We had it since we arrived, we told the front about it, they didn't do anything. You can't get a pool towel whenever because they run out fast. The pool is only til 8pm. The people here are nice, but not very helpful.

A. C unit in room 1603 collects lots of condensation during the night, resulting in big puddle of water- someone can slip and bust their heads.
Need more valets.
Pool closes after sunset although there is no lifeguard around the clock.
Pros
Front desk and security were helpful.
Great location.
Loved the Beachfront.
