This was the second time I've done a boat ride like this. The first time was with Thriller. I personally liked thriller a lot better. The people were a lot nicer at the Thriller Boat ride than this one.
This one B**ch named Luna has absolutely no business working with the public. She made some snide comment when I asked her if I could store my purse in their storage bin. I felt like punching her in her fat ugly face! She was so rude and disrespectful. If she worked for me I would fire her right on the spot! The guy that narrated the tour was no better. He was just full of himself and though he was something special. He was funny, but a total D**K at the same time. I would never book with these guys again. Go with the Thriller company. They are much nicer and much more pleasant to deal with.

The dock's at a great location. There's a small mall at the entrance level with several restaurants. The scenery is great and they let you ride the jet ski in a large area next to 195.
A downside is that you wait 15-25 mins to get on the jet ski after they call you, depending on the day. Kind of a bummer for the price you pay.
You ride through Biscayne Bay to get to the marked area and you get to tour Miami from a different angle.

The jet boat was a lot of fun & a great deal on Groupon. The tour guide was very energetic and the boat felt safe but still fun. The jet skis were a blast. We could've got a better instruction on the jet skis themselves beforehand but that's ok. Our guide was there to quickly assist when we fell off. He kept calm & told us how to better balance. Very professional. 4.5 stars

I had a great time on the speedboat and the driver and host were terrific! They are full of energy and make it more fun and exciting. The woman at the check in desk outside had bit of an attitude though. I also did the banana boat and that was thrilling too until the banana float tipped over while in motion and me and four other women ended up in the bay. That was when it turned AWESOME! Everyone was fine...I guess we all did not lean enough lmao. Anyway, I would recommend doing both, speed and banana boat. Definitely only wear your bathing suit on both rides. The experience and sights were worth it.
