Good Boat ride, but perhaps skip the "raffle" they offer where they try to get you to give out personal info.

Exactly 90 mins... Very helpful staff. Went with 3 months old kid and staff took care of the stroller while getting in and out. Guide was good too... Enjoyed the ride. Suggest to have a ride during sunset... parking was costly though. Marketplace covered parking -$25 on a weekend.

Great tour. Crew was wonderful. They were thorough, funny and made sure we were having a great time! Definitely a must do on vacation.

Well organized tour, I saw what I wanted to see. However one thing gets on my nerves - blatant demand for tips. Generally everywhere in USA, in Europe you dont see it. They do THEIR JOB for Christ's sake. They got paid for it. Do I demand tips for my job? No way Jose. HAVE SOME DECENCY folks.

A friend and I went on this cruise today to enjoy the beautiful sightseeing of Miami Islands. We went on the second deck right away because we wanted to get a nicer view. Unfortunately, there were no seats available anymore on the top deck, therefore we stood.
After a short safety instructions speech, the very nice lady (the speaker for the whole trip) said on the micro that everyone on the top deck had to seat due to dangerous boat movements. We really did not want to go on the lower deck because it was full so we decided to stay there.
Along the whole trip, she never told us to go down the stairs, she saw we were holding on and we were not going to fall so she let us stay there. Besides, she was not a regular kind of speaker as she tried to add small facts/jokes to her speech that made it way more interesting. She was very friendly from the beginning until the end.
Even when the boat returned to the pier, I wanted to apologize because I had no cash to tip her, she said it was okay and her priority was for the passengers to have fun and enjoy the trip/the explanations.
This blond woman was very nice ! Besides, perfectly fluent both in english and spanish.
