I don't know what that lady is talking about. I called to make an appointment for a tattoo consult. When I mentioned the review, they were in shock. I was treated nothing like this lady said she was treated, such nice people including the doctor. I was quoted a great price for my tattoo and I started that same day for my treatment.
I would be someone who would follow reviews and not go to places because of a bad review. I'm glad I didn't follow this lady review and came to see for myself. She must of been very rude to sit there an write such a horrible review on such a nice business.
If you're looking to get your tattoo removed, i highly recommend this place, such a positive ambiance and people.
