Had Shellac mani and pedi and I loved it! Very professional, the staff are friendly and chatty and I enjoyed spending time there! Would highly recommend!!

What a great find in downtown! For only $8.50 a month you can get areas waxed for only $5!! Tan everyday, use the plate machine - it is awesome. The owner Manuela goes out of her way to help you in any way she can and explains everything to you. All of the technicians are gentle and so nice! I highly recommend this place - just with the prices why would you want to go anywhere else??

AMAZING! I got a full legs done in under 15 minutes and they were done super well I had no burn marks or random left over patches of hair! Their service is quick and efficient and they speak spanish, english and french. I also had a facial wich left me looking like I had baby skin for A WHOLE WEEK! But the best part is definitely the prices! Youu have to try this place!!!

The services were mediocre at best. The facial gave me the biggest pimple I have ever gotten in my life, no joke. It lasted 1 week and my friends would call me a unicorn... I still had many blackheads that were not extracted, etc.
My eyebrows were not fully waxed, many hairs were left under my brow that clearly shouldn't have been. And even with correcting her , she still left some on there.
My nails were the worst. She made 5 cuticles bleed, and actually made me
Jolt my hand back with a pinch of pain ... That one in particular made me bleed for a while.
Then, I went to cancel my account, was told to send an email so I did. I was charged for the new month and told them I dont care about the 8.50 just cancel my account. Upon 4 phone calls and 5 emails later, my account had still not been canceled and two extraneous charges during that time... Yes, 2 months. And still not cancelled. So I called again and my account apparently showed up cancelled in their system but it was seemingly not since i was charged 2 months I had 'been cancelled' .....
