Jason was very knowledgeable . We came in a bit clueless to check fabrics for PROM dress. They tooke their time explaining the diferent fabrics and helped us decide without feeling pressured.

Great experience at Carol Fabrics every time i visit them. Excellent customer service, prices, quality and variety as nobody else in Miami. Hilda and Jason always understand my needs and recommend me the best, but not only them the sales support are awesome, always asking is i'm ok or of i need help while i look around. I dont waste my time walking around the downtown area for fabrics... I go directly to CAROL FABRICS they always have what i need... Again great quality and great prices. Thanks you guys!!!!!!! You are the BEST!!!!

Love this place! They have some gems that I can't get enough of and Leroy and Jay provide the best customer service! Just wish they were in New York :)

I have been treated with so much more respect everywhere else. Hence,I have been dealing with fashion many years so I frequently go to downtown and Carol's fabrics is no stranger to me.The fabrics are nice, prices are ok, they vary on what you're looking for, but seriously I get rude service with the female owner, this is not the first time I've heard of many people which Its so wrong! Apparently she is either always too busy to help or In her eyes A customer is not worth helping or not serious and from a personal experience you are in the way and just disturb her. I recommend if you must step foot in this place don't waste your time dealing with the old woman just go straight to the men. They will treat you with lots of respect. At least there is some sanity with the men! Good luck!
