Friendly staff. Super easy and patient very clean room. Really nice place. For sure would go back.

I stayed there in June, and there were a few things.
1. Valet didn't speak English, I don't speak Spanish, so it took us a while to figure out that he wanted me to come back in a few minutes, since there was no parking space available.
2. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but I got one with 1 queen and a sofa (and an apology, no discount), the sofa felt like 25 years old, very uncomfortable
3. Bed linen were dirty, had to go to concierge to get clean ones
4. People at the pool were screaming all day long, stopped around midnight
Other than that, location is very good, and staff was very friendly and they tired to help

My stay at the stiles hotel was great! The manager and front desk employees were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was kept well, our room was cozy and the room service was excellent.. Would definitely recommend for a group of 2 or 4 people. Location is convenient; one block from the beach/ocean drive, the 11th street diner is right up the street (which I must say has great breakfast food), and all the local bars and clubs are short walks or cheap uber rides away.
-- Also the 20 dollar resort fee covers for chairs on the beach, towels, and waters which was extremely helpful.

This hotel room is only a good location near south beach. During our stay we had to have are sheets changed upon check in, we went 1 night without hot water in the bathroom, our rags and tiles where not collected daily, the hotel ran out of rags for guests on our last day. One of the receptionist was always texting on his phone instead of making and effort to help guests. There where several issues finding guest reservations and the check in time is not until 4 a.m. If you arrive earlier than check in they consider " a safe and secure" place to store your luggage in the lobby. Also be prepared to change in the lobby bathroom if you arrive before 4. This hotel is overall horrible.
