I don't give 5 star ratings unless it's the Paris Ritz but this hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious. It's in an excellent location and close to everything. Not that I watch much TV, but they could upgrade their cable. Excellent overall and very good value for money.

Ok so I'm currently at the hotel writing the review and I can guarantee you this is my first and Last time staying here. We only booked here because our favorite hotel had no vacancies for the timeframe we were traveling. PROS: This hotel is in a good location! One block from the beach, amid shopping and entertainment, clubs, etc.
CONS: Breakfast disgusting, beds and pillows hard as concrete, you can hear every noise in the building, I could hear the people above me walk and I'm sure they weren't even walking hard, water takes forever to get hot, rusted items in bathroom, not the cleanest rooms in the world..horrible lightening in rooms... definitely not worth $200 a night! With $250 security deposit.
There are other options within this price range so please look because you've been warned. An avid traveler.

The hotel is in great location and very a very nice one. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is a typical American breakfast that you can find in most hotels that offer continental breakfast. It'd be much exciting if they offer more local favors since Miami is an international city and full of international favors. I totally recommend the hotel and definitely stay here again.

I be honest I read some reviews and we tried to cancel early but couldn't.I'm glad I didn't. Its literally 5min to the beach and great shopping. The hotel itself is decent kind of old but ok. The bartender Michael was a blast and he treated us so good I thought we might have been long lost cousins. The bathrooms are very small but adequate for one person at time. The bathroom door needs some wd 40.

I stayed here with 7 other girls, in 2 rooms for the weekend. They do luggage holding for those that were early, and gave us welcome beverages which were both really nice touches. The rooms were smaller, but with the wall-sized mirror, made it seem much bigger. There were walk in closets which was very nice. Everything was very clean, and they made sure to have extra supplies since we had a large group. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect too. Close enough to ocean drive and the beach, but far enough away to not get caught up in the crazy, or by the crazy traffic. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.
