This place is a little old but it was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly! I would stay here again for sure!

Appears to be recently upgraded. Affordable! So clean and centrally located in South Beach in Miami. Restaurants, shopping, people watching galore. Will always try here first when going to Miami are.

Doesn't look like the pictures, not even close. Central AC that you can't control. The ONLY good thing that it is close to the beach and the main streets.

Amazing place , good location , friendly staff, they let us check out at 5 pm , super amazing clean room.

Location and the fact that they give umbrellas and chairs is great, however, this gets covered by everything else that is terrible. Rooms, especially bathrooms OMG how dirty and with black hair all over, when cleaning service was requested, they made our bed and that's all. Didn't give us even a full set of towels, only 3 bath towels. Sleep quality was the worst thing, We could hear our neighbors breathing, and the hall noise was like we had no walls. Breakfast was poor too. 150 for that room was at least 4 times overpriced, will never go back. Front desk people were very nice though.
