Very well located, just one block from the beach. They have a very good restaurant/bar. Room confortable. I highly recommend it.

Terrible service. Valet people are agressive because we did not let them park our car. Staff speaks only spanish, very few speak English. Front desk people are arrogant. No parking at all. You will spend a fortune on parking near this Red Hotel. Rooms need to be renovated. Sofa and chairs in lobby are damaged and they're not even replacing the furniture. Would never recomend.

Hotel decor is nice, but when we called to make reservations a lot of hidden fees were not mentioned to us. One problem was we were told that they were close to South Beach, not true. Secondly, housekeeper would never clean our room. We had to call everyday for towels. Once I complained to the manager Luigi, it was like he's sorry if you come back to this hotel it won't happen again. He didn't care really. So I Highly wouldn't recommend this hotel...Its a good price, but you get what you pay for.

I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone going to Miami in the future as my bridesmaid dress, that was given to me as a present by my good friend was taken out of the room. When I asked the reception to help me locate it, they did not care and have continued to be unhelpful. On a separate incident my bag was stolen from the beach, when I asked the reception to help me report this to the police they dismissed me. I had to go to a Miami Edition hotel across the road to get help me with this incident.
For the priced I paid for this hotel, it was completely unworthy of the experience I had. I have traveled across the world and stayed in many hotels in my life but I am very sad about the experience I had at this hotel.

Inexpensive last minute stay due to power outage at home. Good location. Had what I needed, a bed, T.V. and A.C. Room service is a bit expensive but I expect most hotels room service to be highly overpriced. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was decent. Clean room, clean bathroom, no bugs.
