No cable throughout my entire stay. The elevator only worked 20% of the time, and they still overcharged me for even a day that there was no power. As a true Miami beach resident, I warm everyone to stay get from this por excuse of a hotel.

Elevator doesn't work today. Handicapped senior with a walker, now trapped on the 3rd floor. No ramp into hotel. Had to have 3 people try to get me up the 5 stairs into the building. Priceline wouldn't change hotels before I got here after I found out it wasn't Handicap accessible.
Very thin small towels and washcloths.
TV doesn't work.
No in room control on AC. Almost froze to death.
Tub was nice and deep. That was wonderful. Getting out of it was a project. No handicap rails or hand holds.
The person that worked the front desk on the 13th at 2pm was very rude. Tried to tell me the service dogs couldn't come. I

Diamond in the rough 💎. We are in Miami Beach all the time and had never stayed here until this time. Iconic to what Miami Beach is. Historic building and nice modem and vintage decor. You'll have to experience it yourself. Staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is 2 blocks away. Indian Creek is across the street.( Yacht city) comfy beds and super hot showers. Cold A/C and mini fridge. Microwave in the lobby. I can't say enough. We will be back. I hope you visit!!!

My experience with this hotel was great!! I dealt with the front desk clerk Sheryl and she made sure that my family was well taken care of!! Customer service was on point, we reserved right after Hurricane Irma and given the circumstances her compassion for our situation is well appreciated. We will definitely return once the area is back to it's normal condition and we can enjoy the city!! Thanks again!

Do not stay here, the only decent thing about this hotel is the location. The only parking for this "hotel" is right in front of the building which you have to hop onto a crub to get to there is only about 10 spots and they charge you $25 dollars a day but if you move your car and come back to no spots you are out of luck even if you paid. This place has bedbugs and is very dirty and outdated. When we arrived the man at the desk was arguing with a guest that wanted her money back because she got eaten up by bed bugs and old elevator and central A/C was broken. There was not a comforter on the bed no washcloths, the room was dirty the staff was extremely rude. The floors feel like you are going to fall through while walking on them. This place is a dump don't waste your money. You will regret wasting your money here!!!!
