Used points to stay. They snuck in a 25.00 per night resort fee not shown on the reservation. Also cost 45.00 per day to valet parking. Also not shown on the reservation. Pretty cool pool and good free breakfast. Very pushy restaurant other times. Would not come back

The rooms were clean and breakfast was okay. However, I did expect more. Some of the furnishings was scuffed up and with the room being majority white it took away from it. The breakfast was continental like one provided by choice hotels. The room was uncomfortably cold and adjusting the thermostat was a hassle. We were placed on the side by the Ice dream shop that was extremely noisy from the bar below that stays open until 5am. Towels had to be requested and then not enough was provided. Lastly, no where was it stated that a chip card was required to make security deposit. I attempted to use the same Visa used at booking. This has the greatest influence on the 3 star rating. Had not my friend been able to cover the charge I would have to have located another hotel for the weekend on the spare of the moment.

I was lured in by the half price dinner and drinks they were having. I am still currently sitting here. Our waitress brought us our drinks, another gentleman brought us our food and we have not seen our server since. My lady friend had to get up and get her own ketchup. 1/2 off cause that's exactly what you get... 1/2 service!! Would not recommend for a dining experience.

The location is beautiful! The night life is exciting and fun. It's so convenient that it's right beside the beach and the rooms are comfortable. Pretty good service. Would definitely come again

Overall a decent hotel for the price and location. The room was very spacious and fairly clean. The staff was nice and courteous. We were told we were getting a courtyard view but really it was a view of air conditioners. Also they had complimentary bikse and towels to loan out. All in all I would stay here again.
