I wouldn't recommend them by any means! When I went in they took all sorts of x-rays, including a panoramic view. They made promises they didn't keep. I was willing to pay cash to get the work done, but they advised me to go through the insurance, which was supposed to take approximately 3 weeks. I never heard back from anyone. Left messages tirelessly and no call back. Finally, I got one of the many other work that I wanted done, which was unsatisfactory & received a bill for it. I have yet to hear back from them for the "insurance approval" for the rest of the work.
Currently, I'm in the transition to change my dentist and they told me that the panoramic view x-rays are typically only approved by insurances once every 5 years. I've been contacting Dr. Augustin's office to request them to forward the x-rays to the new dentist office & again no call back.

Dr. Augustin has been my family dentist for 11 years, I will not change him for anyone else.......we live 300 miles away, and still drive all the way there....

Absolutely NO stars. Havent been to him but just from the initial "greeting" i got from his own staff, whom ever answers the phone on their "day off", I would not go. She was short. cut and dry. Almost as I was bothering her by asking coverage questions. Asked me to call tomorrow and she would answer my concerns then.
If his staff is rude and he allows them to be rude to new potential patients I dont even want to try his services.
