Arrived on a Wednesday at 9:15am and they were not open even though they state online that they open at 9am.

Has been the WORST time getting started. Applied with the app where they say youll be able to drive right away & 7 days later STILL dont even have a membership number, I've been "approved" since the 24th and fast to take out the membership & app fees but nothing but a run around about the card or member #. CS says its the Miami ofc holding it up yet NO number is avaialable for it just email runarounds & excuses. Corp ofc in Boston doesnt answer either, HORRIBLE

Impeccable customer service - I rented a car during my weekend trip and left an expensive camera in the car. I had basically written it off in my head when I came back to NYC, but they retrieved it and shipped it to me. Hats off to Zipcar Miami!
