Very poor service. Could not handle the amount of people waiting to get their rentals. Over a hour wait.

They should change their name "scam rental car" !!, what a bad business practice they run..
Rented a car from this scammers last week in Salt Lake City AirPort, I was supposed to returned the car on a Sunday but my trip got complicated so I needed to stay 2 extra days so I called them ahead of time and explain to them the situation and that I would like to extend it for 2 extra days, they ended up charging me more for those extra 2 days that for what they charged me the first 5 days, companies like this should not be able to do business and hurt consumers the way they do, Be aware!

Señores tengan mucho cuidado con esta compañia, deberian de cambiarle el nombre a "El Gran Robo Rental Car", si rentan un vehiculo de ellos van a salir perjudicados cuando devuelvan el mismo, a mi me cargaron a mi tarjeta de credito el doble de lo que me cotizaron, son Unos Ladrones!!
