Guessing this place closed down? I never had any problems with them, and their prices were fair.

Better cars but terrible customer service. I spend most of my time on the road with rental cars. I have used almost all the different car rental companies in most major airports in the U.S and firefly won the contest of terrible customer service especially in Miami. Unfriendly with attitudes, it's like they don't want to be there and don't care about your business. Specifically for Miami, I would not recommend renting a car from firefly and fox.

We accidentally left our house keys on the Avis keychain and within an hour they had tracked down the keys and mailed them to our house. We are so grateful!
