Horrible customer service. If Arlene is there you might as well turn around and leave. Had reservation which was worth nothing and after 2 1/2 hour wait was told there were no vehicles to match my reservation or accomodate my family AND the airport location didn't have any either and they didn't know when they were going to have any. This was supposed to be a one way rental to go back home with our family of 6 including an 11 month old and we were told there was nothing they could do. Stranded in Miami. Called their 800 number and was given the same answer - there was nothing they could do. Two other families went through the same situation in the time I was there. Wish I would've read the reviews before going through all that.

I tried this location out because it was the closest to the port without having a drop off fee and they offered a shuttle to the port. Which I am truly grateful for. However, the vehicle was not clean. SO GLAD I was just taking it to the airport in Ft. Lauderdale the same day. I'm a National Car rental girl and I guess I will stay that way. One of the ladies inside is the only reason I would go back. But not enough for me to rent there again. Sorry!
There is also no good way to get in touch with them when you are waiting at the port in the heat to find out where the one and only shuttle is coming. Not good!

Terrible service. They don’t care and act as if they are doing you a favor. These folks don’t deserve to be in service business. Car was delayed by couple of hours and they acted as if that’s what you get fo booking with them.

staff went above and beyond to get my luggage to me when I left it in my rental vehicle. He brought it to the cruise ship dock for me! Amazing!

You will not get your car in this rental. They don't even deserve one star. Employees give you the feeling that they are doing a favor for you, and they don't care if you walk out, and wont hesitate to laugh on your back when you walk out. Do not waste your time, just walk next door to budget or Alamo - get your car and be at peace.
