The show was amazing. I waited over an hour for my tenders. I noticed that everyone was getting their food before me. I asked my server twice, and he finally came out and stated that there was a mix up in the kitchen. He offered to have my food out to me really quick, but I would STILL have to pay for the food. After waiting over an hour, and asking twice. No thank you! I actually get to choose where I spend my money. It's one thing to forget about your table, but another to totally not compensate for your mess up. Won't be going back to order food. I will enjoy the shows though!

Even one Star is to much for this awful place called "Palace".
According to their name and their slogan (every Queen need a Palace) you will not be treated friendly even like a costumer.
We were there for several drinks and where astonished that they charge you directly 20% as "suggested" tip. When we made the reservation for the brunch we have been told, that as out-games athletes we will get discount and a special offer for the brunch. So we went there on Sunday, had a brunch with rather bad performances, the hosting drag seemed to be stoned as S**t. The food was more then disgusting, and not really a lot, you get three chicken pieces and two pancakes.
Nevermind, since we thought we would get e special offer, because the staff told us so the day before, we stayed and got the bill. Surprisingly with the full amount. So we decided to not pay the "suggested" tip and keep it lower than 20% - which is according to American standards a very good tip. The waitress immediately came back and said that you can't remove the suggested fee.
I do not recommend to eat, drink or watch the shows there. Go up to Ford Lauderdale, way better food, drinks and much better shows!

First, we didn't know that we had to make a reservation. We arrived at 11:45am and there were only 2 seats available at the bar. The guy at the door told us that he would give us the two seats that were reserved if they didn't show, but they showed because we never received the seats. The show started about 12:30 which was okay. They only served brunch until 4:00. The brunch menu was all inclusive for $40.00 with unlimited mimosas. The show had long period of breaks and was not continuous, I wish they kept it going. Overall it was good, but needs some work.

The energy was incredible, everyone (guests/staff) were friendly! The show was amazing and runs every 20-30 minutes from 6pm-10:30pm on weekdays! We sat outside and it began to sprinkle and the staff was efficient in setting up the large patio umbrellas. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

I recently moved to Miami from San Diego, CA and I've also lived in other states in the past years so for me to give ONE star it's serious issues. I can honestly say I've visited many bars, lounges and restaurants throughout my life and I've been a restaurant manager for the past four years so I know about customer service when I write you this.
Last Sunday March, 26 my friend from NY and me decided to visit The Palace for the fourth time since moving here and even thou we had a great time the service was the most horrible one I had since visiting a bar. I order two drinks and immediately notice I left my wallet on my car so my friend handed me the exact amount to pay. I was about to bring my wallet and keep drinking when this happened:
Once I pay the shirtless bartender with hairy chest he comes back screaming with an attitude "Hey the tip it's not included!!!" I immediately thought I had owned him money because this guy looked as he was about to kick us out. The attitude was so horrible I stopped drinking that night. I asked some random guy for money and just handed the bartender with $5 dollars which he toiled as we owned him that. Horrible experience. Definitely looking for a new spot on Miami Beach or at least I won't drink here again... Management please talk to your team!
