Food was good but service charges of 18% directly on the bill without asking for my opinion is a bit too much... i won't go back...

Went tonight for a meal and it was awful. As me and my girlfriend are too polite we didn't send anything back but every part of the meal was awful apart from the bread sticks with the garlic butter. $30 dollars for a fatty tough steak with an additional $3 dollars extra for a sauce which taste like cream and mushroom. The strangest brandy mushroom sauce I've ever tasted. Sauteed broccoli taste like frozen broccoli, my rice was cold so I left most of that, and the fries where just your standard cheap frozen fries but they were probably the best part of the main course. French onion soup was poorly made wouldn't recommend this place plenty of better places to get steak from in Miami.

Waitress was too busy chatting with table next to us. She got my order wrong then tried to tell me it was a chicken sandwich but clearly looked like a wrap. She brought my sandwich out only for the chicken to be RAW. Then tells me it looks ok unless I wanted it more grilled. Stupid. Chicken is always well done. Ruined our nice lunch. Thanks!

Great spot to eat and relax for a minute. Filet mignon was cooked perfect. Thank you

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Last night my boyfriend & I had dinner at Baires Grill. Started off great! We got our drinks quickly & some dinner rolls with garlic butter which was the best part of the meal. I ordered the Filet Mignon medium & my boyfriend ordered the NY strip steak medium rare. My steak was cooked rare which wasn't that big of a deal but if I'm paying $40 for a steak it should be cooked the way I asked. My boyfriends steak had a lot of gristle everywhere. He's not a picky eater and doesn't complain much but this steak was bad. He cuts a few more pieces off and there is dark red spots on pieces of the steak. Now we go out a lot and eat at a lot of steak houses. I have never seen anything like the steak he had last night. So we tell our waitress and she takes it around to other servers asking what it is and no one knows. A male server comes out and says that the cow was bruised just like how we get bruised and that's why it was like that. No manager came to speak to us, he was never asked if he wanted something else or even taken off of our check. If you want quality meat I would recommend the Shake Shake right across the street because that's exactly where we went after leaving Baires Grill.
