This isn't your ordinary nail salon... people remember your name, your favorite colors and preferences. Its how i spoil myself to getting an occasional mani pedi and when I do my money will be spent on these guys! Everyone here treats you like family.

Partner & I both got ingrown toenails after pedicure. The people were really nice and they do indeed give a brief hot stone massage. However, cutting the nails improperly gave me a toe infection the very next day, which has never happened before.
If it were just one of us, no big deal. For both of us to get infections indicates that they probably need to retrain their staff.
It's a pity, because otherwise our experience was great and I would have loved to go back.
The review mentioning ventilation is also correct. The shop has an intense chemical smell that is barely tolerable. Needs ventilation badly.

Made an appointment and still waited an additional hour service is TERRIBLE ! Will NEVER go back PERIOD !!!!!!!!!

It seriously needs ventilation!! Felt light headed from sitting inside. Ins general the staff was good, but the nail lady could use a gentler touch.

Quick and professional! Fun atmosphere. Either they changed their name or the same people work at award nail.... Same location...
