I love eating here but today's visit was not up to par. The steak and eggs were awesome but the service from Alexia was very rude and not customer friendly. I did report to the supervisor on staff, she gave me a discount but no apology from Alexia for her crappy attitude and service.

Not very spacious, but the food and service was great. Everyone working greeted us when we came in and our waitress Rene was really kind and attentive. I would eat here again.

Went for breakfast with my wife at a pretty slow time, most tables were empty, from the time we entered we felt unwelcome. They didn't greet us when we walked in which normally wouldn't bother me except for the fact that the people that came in almost 10 min later were greeted on the spot. Next after our 10 minute wait we got tired of waiting to be acknowledged by anyone so I stood up to leave, at which point the waitress glared at us and shot a rude I'll be there in a minute. So we waited again for another 5 minutes before we just left because no one would help us. Will hopefully never need to be at this restaurant again. To top it all off the table that we got, the cleanest table around, was sticky and had syrup on the menus. Disgusting.

Always great to get some breakfast whenever you want, and even better to find some good old traditional breakfast here in Phoenix, Arizona! I love burritos and all, but you get tired of both McDonald's and all the Mexican places to eat here in Phoenix, so again dining at Waffle House is a nice break between the burritos and salsa. Food cooked to order, "fresh" right in front of you, with plenty of options, great coffee, refills on Coca-Cola, and wonderful hash browns! Clean, open and great waitstaff to serve you!

I'm from the eastern US and have always had good experiences at Waffle House, and I was happy to see one since moving to AZ. But to be honest this place needs a deep cleaning because it felt pretty grimey. Everything at the table, including the table and the floor had a sticky film, and the menus were dirty.. the store overall looked like nothing more than the bare minimum had been cleaned in a while.. things behind the counter didn't look any better, and the bathroom was gross.. they weren't very busy when we were there. The young lady who waited on us was super friendly and accommodating, though.
