Good Mexican food. Typical fair. Definitely a family favorite. Love their hot salsa. Make sure to ask for it when they drop off chips. Always great staff.

Love to get take out from here. Foods always on top, correct and the front desk staff is great.

I have been a loyal serranos customer since moving to the valley 4 years ago. Never again will I eat here. We waited 20 mins to order drinks, and whan we asked our joke of a waitress "dolyn" for an order of queso she said "we don't have that here" My husband asked what's in the burro and she said "I don't know look at the picture on the menu." Our food took an hour and there was 5 customers in the entire place. we eat out 5 nights a week and serranos just lost 2 loyal customers. NEVER AGAIN.

Our family has always loved Serrano's. Our kids love the bean dip and chips, and the food is always good. I appreciate that this company values their employees enough that they give them Sundays off. Rare concern these days for those whom you employ
