Not a bad place to eat when they have specials going. Their normal prices are a little overboard though, especially the Cinnabon rolls. This last time I was in there, it wasn't even busy and all the tables were dirty, the drink machines were completely out of syrup and the restrooms smelled like cigarettes, though the experience isn't always this bad.

My two star review comes from having poor management and a small portion of food for an $8 sandwich. Upon receiving my dinner, the first impression was that my bacon grilled cheese sandwich was half of the size of my girlfriend's. Then upon taking my first bite of my sandwich, I realized it had my least favorite food, avocado, on it. When reviewing their menu online, I don't recall anywhere where it said there was avocado. Upset at this point, I spoke to the manager. The manager, Kurt, offered no immediate solution. I then requested a new sandwich made with no avocado and different bread. When my replacement sandwich was brought out, it wasn't brought out by Kurt, another employee brought it out. I believe that it was a poor decision of Kurt's not to check to make sure I was satisfied with my reordered sandwich. Kurt did return a short time later and checked my satisfaction and offered 2 complimentary Cinnabons for my dinner date and myself. But that doesn't make up for his lack of resolution and making sure I was a happier customer after being dissatisfied. My review should be 1 star. Only one of the two soda fountains contained all choices of drinks. The other, only half of the drinks available. I added the 2nd star because the manager tried, as an after thought, to make things right and the seating area was clean.

Sandwiches are excellent, especially love the turkey original style with the black olives and cheese melted into the warm sourdough bread so good! They are a little pricey but the ingredients are good quality and they make them hot and fresh. This location is a little inconsistent depending on who is working that day, occasionally they're a lil sloppy and they have gotten my order wrong once in a while but I still go back.

Love the food here. Surprisingly fresh (goat cheese in salads!). Good deals for kids meals. Staff is very pleasant. But the ingredients and size of food is inconsistent depending on who's in the kitchen that day.

If you like Schlotzsky's, this is a good one.
I sure like the original (on jalapeno bread)! In fact, I usually don't like olives on my sandwich, but do NOT remove them from the original, they really work great together with all the other ingredients to make a great sandwich. Highly recommended sandwich!
