Truly authentic Chicago Italian beef! Had the " Big Beef" with peppers. Incredible. Both fries and onion rings are great too - super super crispy. Today, I skipped both in exchange for perhaps the best chocolate cake ever from a restaurant. This place cannot be beat!!

Ordered online pickup to skip the line. Nobody at the pickup area would make eye contact with me. Stood around for 20 minutes. Avoided the dinner rush on purpose and even paid ahead so I wouldn't wait around but here I am. If I had ordered in line I'd have my food by now. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Because the food was good, but clearly they don't need little old me's business.

Great food. I had the Italian sliced beef sandwich with sweet & hot peppers (mixed). My daughter had the Italian sausage sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! This place offers a wide variety sandwiches and salads. Plus, the old time decor is Awesome!

We went during a lunch hour on a Friday, they were so busy. However, it was so worth it. We really didn't have to wait that long. They are quick & very organized. The food, oh my! I had the Italian Beef & Sausage sandwich with sweet peppers. It was so delicious. I couldn't say enough about the roll. Best tasting sandwich ever! My husband had the jumbo hot dog with everything & he said it was the best hot dog he's ever had!! Worth the visit!!

1st timer!!! Big beef sandwiches. Juicy and large portions. Decor and music gives a good atmosphere. However, they need to review Arizona Revised Statutes 11-1024 and educate the staff on what questions are allowed by law. When I walked in the door, I was confronted by a hostess inquiring about why my animal was not wearing a cape, which is not required by law. Questions were ask about my service animal that was not legal. I politely tried to explain, then allow entrance. Besides the initial probem, this place would deserve 5 stars.
