The food and service were very good but just like every place nowadays, they over work the poor service people so they run around killing themselves, which does create a positive environment for me and the prices they charge for what is served is not good. Next time I want a good steak, I will stay home and prepare it myself. For minimal effort, I can have the same quality of food and save a lot of money. Just not worth the cost.

So first and foremost our service was fine and this review is based solely on the food! Monica was attentive and quick to fix the issue with the food. I asked for 2 premium sides with my meal loaded mash no sour cream and asparagus my loaded came w sc and I got 5 barely cooked cold asparagus...for a premium price I guess I expected a little more. My dinner companion order the same meal but decided on the broccoli....which came out barely steamed and whole...like a whole 1/4 crown just thrown on the plate! A little effort here BOH.

Very poor grade meet made palatable and even halfway tender only because of tenderizing.
If you think olive garden or Applebee is gourmet level, which they are nowhere near, then this would still only hit chewable. I'd honestly rather eat fast food than what passes for meat here

The prime rib was excellent. The meat at this location is superb.
If you have Monica as a waitress.she is delightful, friendly, efficient and does well for a totally pleasant experience.

First time visiting this particular Outback but I was impressed. It took too long for my waiter to come to my table when I arrived but after our first meeting, everything else arrived on time. T Bailey, the waiter, was attentive and kept my glass filled. My food was hot and tasty. Good job.
