My family has been going here at least once a month for years. Not anymore. The food and service USED TO be great! A solid 4.5 stars! We had our first bad experience about 6 months ago . We went in around 5PM on a Friday and didn't see a single server for 20 min after we were seated, we ordered. They took 15 min to bring us water, forgot about our other drinks then another 20 min to get our slightly warm food and still forgot our other drinks. A server was hiding back in the server station playing with his phone and ignoring his customers almost most of the whole time we were there. I had him get our check because we didn't see our server again after she brought our food. I paid then asked to speak with a manager, the server said he would get them and disappeared. I waited 10 min then left. We took a few months away hoping things would get better but they didn't. Sad to say our local go-to place is no longer Mac's.

Service used to be amazing, now it’s garbage. Prepare to wait for rude and undertrained or under qualified wait staff. Food is still good but plan about an hour before the food arrives.

Solid place thay have decent sandwiches and bar food. The beer selection is good. It seems like the kind of place that should have some bar games like pool or darts. Its a good place for food and a drink but not a place you are going to hang out all night.

I've gone to this place for over 15 yrs, lately they have the worst service I've ever experienced. Better get their act together or they will go out of biz, very sad. Used to be an awesome spot

One of my favorite places in the valley. Top notch food at a fair price. A great beer selection. Best part? The staff, what great people they manage to find. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
