I don't know if they were short staffed or what but the Customer service sucked. Ordered my family meals. Swiped my card the cashier said it declined. He had me swipe it again. He would not give me my reciept. So I checked my account. I was charged twice. When I told the cashier he said let me ask my manager. At that time the manager was getting mad at someone that was ordering through the drive through. The poor kids was trying to explain to the manager what happened. The manager got mad came out error to the register and was all pissed because he had to refund me my money. Mean while there was a line behind me.

I went through the drive-through ordered and I was told to pull to the front to wait for my food 10 minutes later no one came out so I went inside I asked him for my food they had no idea who I was or what I had ordered. very unprofessional I will never go here again even though this is the closest KFC to me. They never apologized to me And professional and friendly place to go to

Stood in line for 5 minutes (one person in front of me) to be dismissed by the cashier. Left to eat somewhere that still values customer service. Apparently they forgot fast food means fast...I would have had better and quicker service at a sit down restaurant. I decided to try this place again after terrible service and uncooked food 3 years ago, and I won't be making that mistake again.

I went to the drive thru and ordered two meals on dark meat for my grandmother (She so send eat white meat) and the other with white meat for myself. Both orders of chicken were dry.... the mashed potatoes and gravy were 5% potatoes and 95% gravy... the drumstick and thigh meal was a chicken wing brumshick and a breast and a chicken wing.... the biscuits were hard and cold and my nana had no cookie for her meal.... we drove far so couldn't go back.. tries to call 6times and no answer... Will never go back to thus location.
