I was a bit sceptical because the strip center atmosphere was a bit dingy, the food was absolutely yummy. It was cooked perfectly and was piping hot. My only negative was the restaurant was a bit warm for me on my visit. They have a A rating displayed on the door.

Great independent pancake house. Specializing in German style pancakes. You can also get standard egg and bacon breakfast. Be prepared to wait if you are the on a Saturday during peak hours.

This breakfast place is phenomenal! Heavenly delicious pancakes! Other items such as the home fires is also great! I wish they have better coffee other than the house coffee. It's a must go family breakfast place in Gilbert!

First time eating here. Have to say I was impressed! Location is small, only about 14 tables, but the food and service were amazing. My husband and I each ordered a different oven baked pancake, and we split them. As the menu stated, they took about 20 minutes to arrive, but they were well worth it - they were delicious! Will definitely make the trip to eat here again!
