Absolutely terrible.. I had to return my food once I opened it at work because there was a hair under the Sushi roll and the plastic soon for my soup was dirty. When I came to bring my meal back (barely touched ) her response was “we are human, it’s just a small hair not a big deal” then it took way too long for her to agree to a full refund. Instead, she wanted to re make it.
I typically don’t eat places where I can’t see the kitchen but thought since they had such excellent reviews no big deal. I wouldn’t take chances on a place that isn’t remorseful when an employees DNA lands in the food. Good luck.

I love this place! Service is always amazing and the food is scrumptious. Make sure you order the shrimp crackers!!!

The worst sushi I have EVER had... It was dry and it was not appetizing. I waited 45 minutes before being helped and when I finally got help, they were nothing but rude... I would recommend going to Tokyo Joe's for their sushi. I have never had a problem there.

I've lived in the valley almost 20 years, and have been to almost every single sushi place here. I can say without any reservation that House is one of the top 3. The selection is good, the quality is outstanding, and IMO, the price is fair.
Some reviewers complain about the portion size or value for the dollar, but when I go out for sushi, I'd rather pay a little more to get excellent food than to get something mediocre and save a couple bucks. The portion size here is a little smaller than other places, yes, but I actually prefer that. A lot of other places will present with larger portions, but it's mostly rice. House doesn't encase their rolls in tons of rice, and the balance between rice and fish is perfect. I also like the smaller rolls because then I can try more things. Keep in mind the price we're talking about here is on the order of 10-15%. It's not like it's going to cost you double.
