I went to 24 carrots for lunch and opted for the southwest burrito. I was asked to pay 2$ for extra avocado, while the menu clearly states that its a 1$ extra, NOT 2$. Their website said that their menu is updated weekly. To this, the 24 carrot staff were rude and I got angry looks from the staff. When my food arrived, there was hardly any avocado in my burrito. I realized this after eating one half, and emptied the other half to verify my hunch. I've attached a picture of my half portion: an thin avocado piece no longer than an inch. They made me look like a fool for complaining for a $1, and paid me back in rude lunch experience.
Moral of the story: don't complain for avocados here. I'm very unhappy with their customer service. I left my number for the manager to reach back to me, no calls yet.

So far I have only has a smoothie from here but it was good! This place is all vegan but very pricey! 2 smoothies coat us a whopping $17. But they do compost their cups, ehich was an awesome feature!

Chill vibe, great staff. A little pricey but good food (isn't going out for good vegan food always a bit pricey?) Overall nice place

Very clean and friendly. Cashier knew the menu like the back of his hand. Ordered the garden burger special. Sides were chips and salda, veggies and hummus, or a salad. I choose chips and salsa which were really good. Burger was ok. Lacked a bit more flavor. The vegan bacon on the burger was really good. Burger patty was made from chickpeas. Vegan cheese was good. I think a bit more of it would have made it perfect. Finished off the meal with a yummy, chewy, rich double chocolate brownie.

I was so disappointed as this place looked so promising and the staff was so friendly! I got a beet juice which is one of my favorite types of juice. It tasted like nothing and hard chunks in it that I had to spit out. It tasted like they didn't wash the veggies before juicing and the texture was so thick. I love my veggie juices to be drinkable, but I had to get a spoon to finish it. I paid $9 for it and waited for $20 min with no one in front of me. I would try it again if I knew that this isn't what their juices are always like.
