Horrible horrible horrible. This bank supposedly send out a "warning" via email that they were closing my account. I never got a single notice. And here I am. Getting my money withheld from me. DO NOT BANK WITH ONE AZ THEY DO WHAT THEY CAN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ITS A SCAM

Very limited number of locations and (frankly) weird hours of operation give a very slight chance for flexibility. Something so simple as depositing a check may turn into adventure of rushing to the bank through evening traffic, but kissing a lock upon arrival at 5.02. Customer service is not with the best interests of people in mind.

Absolutely the worst branch! The tellers are completely rude!! No customer service skills what's so ever! Walmart employees are better then these people.

I'm not sure this new company has its priorities straight. Went here to apply for a loan and they didn't acknowledge the substantial relationship and saving which more than covered the loan. The way they submitted the loan was false which caused the decline on purpose. I don't believe my friend and I will not do any business with them. There place was very nice, manager was friendly and professional even if she lacks trust of her own long standing customers. All positive reviews seem to be the last company, not this one.

This Arizona State Credit Union is one of the cleanest bank locations I've seen. The times I've been there I have never had to wait in line to talk to a bank teller. The staff is friendly, efficient and fast at getting your business done.
