Formerly M&I bank, it was acquired by BMO Harris Bank, a Canadian owned bank. Just when I thought I had found the worst bank (M&I) I met BMO. Downright the most archaic banking systems that making simple transactions challenging. They fail to train their employees on systems, products which makes the whole experience a three-ring circus! If you do not have time to wait for ill-informed, slow paced bankers I would avoid this bank at all costs and go somewhere else like Wells, they might try to sell you on things but at least they have technology are knowledgable and fast! Glad I made the switch.

The branch manager Lisa went out of her way to take care of a stop payment issue on a cashier's check that was the fault of the auto department. I work for a competitor and have a vast banking background and can tell you she represented the organization and her branch magnificently. I'd use them again.
