Been waiting 2 weeks for them to get back to me about my vehicle. Everytime I call them to know what is going on they send me straight to voicemail. Even the supervisors send me straight to voicemail. I kind of wonder if there is even anyone working in that office. This is literally the worst insurance company to ever exist...

Their insured was at fault and it has been 8 days since we reported a claim with them but on one in the claims has called us back and I cannot get a hold of anyone in this company to talk to!!! I think they only have one person for the entire AZ claims department since every voicemail you reach through the automated system is his and he does not call back.

HORRIBLE! EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURNACE!!! I filed a claim in an acciden ton a truck that I have full coverage, they are totaled the car, even though my body shop demened it repairable. They are now refusing to pay for the tow fees, storage fees, and refuse to pay off the loan, and write a check for the value of the car to the pay off the loan. Basically, they're screwing me out of thousands of dollars. I am currentlty in a legal battle against them. I had to get an attorney just to get what any normal insurance company who obeys the law would would do without hassle, pay me for the value of the car, THEY demend totaled. Also, the claims department is very rude the lady working on my claim called me a b**ch. This company and everyone working for them deserves to be put out of business.

I got in an accident with the person who has Safeway insurance. The accident was not my fault, therefore it was her insurances responsibility to take care of the damages as well as a rental car. At first they were very attentive. After my car was fixed and I returned the rental car, they were supposed to reimburse me for the rental car. It has been about a month and a half now and I am still waiting for the reimbursement. I called several times with no response. So far I'm out a good chunk of change as I had the rental for over three weeks.
