I called to cancel my home owners and was promised I would get a refund check in the mail by the 1st of February. I cancelled in the first week of January and I thought I would be refunded my money the same day. I waited until the second week of February to receive my check I didn't get it I called the customer service representative at the office they told me they would call me back or send me an email on Friday and they never did. I called him back on Monday and they were avoiding my call. I called from a different number and the customer service representative answered my call. something shady is going on with this company. I wouldn't trust these people with my insurance policies. They are a bunch of liars.
