I go in for oil changes to these guys only. When they see something extra that may need extra attention, they are reasonable and knowledgeable of what problems they see to help the customers understand what it is that they are talking about. This shop has reliable mechanics who know what they are doing. Always working and doing something, never slacking or taking shortcuts even at the end of the day. They also have great prices for the quality work they put into each car they work on. They are also very quick and accurate when doing a job.

These guys are scam artist. They do not know how to fix cars. Said they rebuilt and went through entire car had to take back 3 times. Instead of fixing the motor oil leak they goobed a bunch of silicone all over where the leaks were and that is how they fixed our car. Now it leaks all over the place once again. We were ripped off by these so called mechanics.

They did a great job and charged way less per hour than my other mechanic. Very friendly and I felt that they were very trustworthy. Will definitely go back when I need to.

Update! I had another issue (it's an 18 year old car) and they fixed it in about ten minutes for FREE! These guys RULE!

I took my truck to AAmco and they told me it was going to be 2800.00 for a new transmission. I was very sad and a friend told me about University Service Center. I decided to give it a try. They ended up saving me 1200.00 dollars and now my car runs great. This is a true repair shop. These guys fix anything.

Customer service and expertise at its BEST!

A year ago, my Lexus had stalling and idling issues when I took my car to another well known repair shop in Scottsdale; they informed me that I needed a new mass airflow sensor at a cost of over $400. I wanted another opinion when a colleague of mine suggested University Service Center as he has taken his family's cars to this shop since they opened. The mechanics at University Service Center found that the hose leading to the mass airflow sensor had a simple crack and replaced it for under $100. They saved me money, time and trouble. The service, knowledge and talent of this shop is exactly what I expect. This is the only shop I have used since and have received consistent and reliable service on all of my family's cars/trucks.
