Scheduled an appointment at this office, an emergency came up at work (work in the medical field can't help it when emergencies come up) so needed to reschedule when rescheduling the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful, called back to fix the time wasn't looking like I was getting out on time and spoke to the office manager who was nice on the phone, but told me there's wasn't a later appointment, which is fine, I told her the lady previously was rude, and needed to cancel, she then told me there was going to be a charge for canceling I have NEVER been to this office and never will. That's not how you treat new patients Emergencies come up that I can't control I can't just leave work. And I never signed a paper agreeing to the cancellation policy so being threatened by the policy was out of line.
