It was incredibly busy, but service was fast. The servers were awfully snarky, and it was in an odd location. The food itself was good, but expensive.

Gave it a 3 star today. Usually the Ultimate Breakfast burrito is, well, ultimate... today was a disappointment in the size/qty. Still tasted awesome, but for 4 dollars, might as well go to Taco Bell

Had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. It's just not hard to put a couple extra hot peppers on a hot dog. Instead I got one per dog and I'm pretty sure that that's not even as many as they're supposed to put on regularly. And the amount of relish on it was gross. It oozed out all over my hands there was so much.
Then I couldn't pay through the pos machine. It was broken. Got no napkins. And they wouldn't even leave me a tray to put my freaking food on...because I might steal it...wow. I won't be returning to this location as I've had troubles here in the past. Thought maybe I'd give them another chance and that was a mistake.
Note to manager: you should really talk to your employees about personal hygiene. It's not appetizing.

Had a lovely experience where the waiter made us wait for at least 5 minutes before even starting to take our drive-in order, at 10PM with no other customers in line. Had to stop halfway through the order for another minute or so. Get to the window and wait while someone seems to be showing him how to do his job. When we finally start getting our food, we did not receive our combo, just the single item and a separate charge for our soda. When asked if we'd be getting our fries, he said we hadn't ordered any and tossed some fry sauce in our vehicle saying it was a "consolation prize". I rarely get anything other than desert, and after this experience I doubt I'll be returning any time in the near future.
If anyone actually reads these I'd suggest you look into whichever young man was manning the register at 10PM on 4/30 at your Ustick location. It might be worth having a discussion with him regarding professionalism.
Also my large coke with little ice became a medium coke with a lot of ice. and my sister's large slush was placed in an X-Large cup.
